  The Regina Early Learning Centre is a child and family development centre which works with low income families to foster the healthy development of children from prenatal to five years of age.

Anne Luke, Early Learning Centre founder, has been awarded the Saskatchewan Order of Merit. In announcing the 2015 recipients, Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield noted,  "This year's recipients are individuals of uncommon achievement, generosity and vision."

The Saskatchewan Order of Merit is a prestigious recognition of excellence, achievement and contributions to the social, cultural and economic well being of the province and its people. The Order acknowledges individuals who have made their mark in the arts, agriculture, business, industry, community leadership, occupations, professions, public service, research and volunteer service.
